Q. What's the booking procedure?

A. It's simple, once you're happy with your selection let us know immediately, we'll hold the weekend on option for you (subject to the time of booking) against a credit card (or you can pay the deposit straightaway).

Q. Not everybody has paid me what should I do?

A. Only book for those that have paid, you don't want to be in the position of covering others who may not book, and if they don't book and you run into cancellation terms you'll be liable. If others want to book later no problem (subject to availability), but they will have to pay an additional admin fee to join the group.

Q. What's the deposit?

A. Deposit is a simple £99 to cover the group. On rare occasions additional deposits may be required. This is more for specialist events or periods eg sports events, concerts, extremely busy periods.

Q. When do I make final payment?

A. 5 weeks prior to your event, variations may occur for special events.

Q. What do I receive?

A. You'll receive a pack of all information. This will include your letter of confirmation, itinerary, manifests (eg for accommodation, activities, entertainment, transport, guides, etc). The pack will also include a few extra goodies and special offers exclusively negotiated for GoStag.com clients.

Q. What if I need to make changes?

A. No problem as long as it is more than 5 weeks in advance. If it's less than that cancellation terms may apply. If continual changes are made then administration fees will be charged.

Q. What if I need to cancel?

A. Again no problem if it is more than 5 weeks in advance, you will only lose your deposit. However if you cancel your programme within 28 days, scaled cancellation charges will apply.

Q. What should I wear for the activities?

A. Will depend on the activities and the climate. We always recommend taking a change of clothes, a towel and waterproofs. Think also about your footwear, if you are doing motorized events trainers are always the best solution. If in doubt - ask us, we're here to make your event a success. And importantly, it can get very cold in winter, not just the UK , but also middle Europe and the Baltic's, so please dress up warmly (incl. coats, hats & gloves).

Q. Should I get insurance?

A. Yes always. Public liability under which you will be typically covered, will not extend passed professional negligence, especially if you are in contravention of any of rules, regulations and terms. Having your own personal insurance will ensure you are well covered to meet any eventuality (always refer to your policy terms). Important - make sure your insurance policy does cover you for the range of activities you are undertaking and to the levels you require (eg repatriation), just like stag weekends not all insurance companies demonstrate the same high standards. Important to remember aswell is that in Europe , especially Eastern Europe the levels of application and compensation are nowhere near those in the UK . Bottom line - for a few extra pounds it's valuable piece of mid, get insurance. For international events GoStag.com insist you have adequate insurance.

Q. Why don't you do flights?

A. Because we are ground specialists and our airline partners do it better.

Q. Are there any hidden charges?

A. No sir. The only charges that are applied are credit card handling fees of 2.5%, debit card payments carry no charge.
